You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 33d support. Any pending bets will be settled in the normal course before the account is closed. Outstanding PKR balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered withdrawal method.
33d processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are currently supported:
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, it will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending review.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased withdrawal limits as part of the programme.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically clear within a few hours under normal operating conditions. Raast transfers are generally near-instant. Bank Transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. 33d does not control processing times on the receiving institution's side.
All balances, bets, bonuses and withdrawals on 33d are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied. Depositing in any other currency is not supported — funds sent in a foreign currency may be rejected or returned at the sender's risk.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your PKR account balance. 33d reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where there is reasonable cause to suspect irregularity.
33d offers markets on Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches and ICC tournaments. Live in-play betting is available on selected fixtures. For live markets, odds are subject to change at any time and bets placed during a brief suspension of markets may be voided at 33d's discretion.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion of the conditions required for the market to be settled, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available within the Sports section of the platform.
Where odds or lines are published due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure that results in clearly incorrect pricing, 33d reserves the right to void affected bets. Players who knowingly take advantage of obviously erroneous odds may have their account reviewed and winnings adjusted.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a given bet type will be capped at the published limit, regardless of the odds achieved.
The Casino section of 33d includes slots, live dealer tables, roulette, baccarat and other games provided by third-party game studios. Fish Games are skill-influenced arcade-style titles available as a separate product section. The following rules apply across both categories:
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bet awards and bonus PKR amounts credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented.
Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, Casino slots and Fish Games may contribute at different rates. Bonuses and any associated free bets have an expiry period from the date they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any balance linked to the breach may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be released and normal account access restored.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting 33d support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible PKR balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
